The Gin Guide Awards 2017 is nearly upon us! Finally we can decide who the winner of the People's Choice Award will be. The finalists have been selected based on the gins that have had the most views on The fantastic Gin Guide website. I don't know about you but I am a little bit excited and of course have my own favourite! The winner will be announced at the end of Janurary, so not too much longer to go!

A Message from the Sea

Reports this week have been published about the world’s oldest “message in a bottle” being found. The bottle washed up at Amrum Island, Germany, on 17th April 2015, 108 years after being dropped as part of a science experiment.

Traditionally the bride's family paid for their daughter’s wedding as they were gaining a son from the union.These days as the average cost of a wedding is £10,000 it’s a bit much for the bride's family to foot the entire bill.
